✨ What’s New
Smarter by Default: Skai now uses its best “thinking mode” automatically, so answers are more helpful and accurate. If you want quicker replies, you can switch to Fast mode anytime.
More Accurate: Skai is now much better at understanding and retrieving information from your notes, tasks, conversations, and connected sources—making ~80% fewer context mistakes than before.
More Capable: Skai can now organize tasks (link to specific notes) and notes (tags, folders)—with improved accuracy.
Smart Add: There’s a new way to capture ideas instantly. Just type what’s on your mind, and Skai can save it as an enhanced note, turn it into a context-aware task, and even organize it into new or related notes and folders.
More Control: You can now customize your Knowledge sidebar order (sorting) and set a default task location for new tasks in Settings.
Send images in chat: You can now upload images directly in chat. Skai can help you understand screenshots, diagrams, and photos.
GA Outlook Connector: The Outlook Connector is now generally available for all users, syncing emails and calendar events.

Outlook Calendar & Mail Connector: You can now sync your Outlook events and emails directly into Saner.AI. They appear as notes and can be queried by Skai.
Live Activities (Mobile): Keep track of your focus task directly from your lock screen or dynamic island. Never lose sight of your priority.

Connector Profile Management: A redesigned "Manage Profile" section lets you see exactly which accounts (Gmail, Slack, Outlook) are connected and their sync status.

We’ve upgraded Skai’s note editing suggestions. Now you can see exactly what’s changing and have more control over task creation.
✨ What’s New
Chat Canvas: When Skai suggests edits to a note, you now get a "Diff View" (Side-by-side comparison). You can accept specific changes or "Apply All" with one click.
Task Suggestions: Skai can now propose creating multiple tasks at once. You get a preview UI to check off, edit date/priority, or discard tasks before they are added to your database.
🚀 Improvements
Source Picker: We’ve unified the way you select context (notes/folders) across the app. The new picker supports filtering by tags and recent activity.
AI Reasoning Display: When using the Reasoning Mode, we now show a collapsible "Reasoning" block so you can see how Skai arrived at an answer.

Fixed an issue where "Apply & Done" in Inbox wasn't saving the AI-generated summary.
Fixed a bug where the "Send" button remained enabled even if the prompt field was empty.

✨ What’s New
Skai Proactive: Every morning (or at a time you schedule), Skai scans your calendar, overdue tasks, and recent notes to generate a summary of what needs your attention.
Activity Understanding: The system now learns from your usage patterns (Active, Idle, Inactive) to adjust how often it sends proactive notifications.
🚀 Improvements
Rate Limit Transparency: Added clear pop-ups and UI indicators when you hit AI request or Note limits, rather than just failing silently.
Timezone Intelligence: Skai now respects your device's specific timezone when planning tasks, ensuring "9 AM" means your 9 AM.

Fixed a bug where standard accounts were incorrectly seeing the "Note limit reached" popup.

We’ve deepened our task management capabilities. Tasks are no longer just checkboxes; they are powerful planning tools.
✨ What’s New
Task Duration: You can now define how long a task will take (e.g., 30m, 2h). This visualizes the effort required in your calendar view.
Sub-tasks: Break down complex tasks into manageable sub-tasks. You can add them via the UI or ask AI to "break this down for me."
Focus Box: A dedicated space in the right sidebar to pin your top 3 tasks for the day, keeping them visible regardless of where you navigate in the app.
🚀 Improvements
Calendar View for Tasks: Tasks with durations now render as blocks on your calendar, allowing for true time-blocking alongside your events.
Recurring Tasks Logic: Improved the logic for completing a recurring task. We now correctly generate the next instance without losing the data of the completed one.

Fixed a bug where checking a task in a Note didn't update its status in the Task Page.
Fixed an issue where drag-and-drop in the Focus Box wasn't saving the new order.

Organizing shouldn't be a chore. We’ve added automation to the Note Header to keep your knowledge base tidy with less effort.

Auto-Folder & Auto-Tag: In the note header, a new "Magic" icon lets AI scan your note content and automatically file it into the most relevant folder and apply existing tags.
Note History: We now support version history. You can view previous versions of a note and restore them if you accidentally delete content.

Inbox Filters: Refined filtering in Inbox. You can now filter by "Has Tasks," "Source (Gmail/Slack)," and specific Date Ranges.
Import Flow: Updated the import flow for PDFs and Markdown files to handle large files better and provide a progress bar.

Semantic Search: You don't need exact keywords. Search for "meeting about the marketing budget" and we'll find the note even if the title is "Q3 Financials."
Search Filters: You can now filter search results by Type (Note/Task), Tag, Folder, and Date directly within the search modal.
🚀 Improvements
Reference Preview: When Skai cites a note in a chat, hovering over the citation now gives you a rich preview of that note without needing to click away.
Mobile Search: Brought the full search experience to mobile, including recent search history.

Fixed a bug where clicking a search result opened the note in full page instead of the side panel.
Fixed an issue where deleted notes were still appearing in search results.
